Sports Favourites Ultimate Guide for Easier Event Tracking

Sports Favourites let you create shortcuts to two different things: complete events and individual markets. An event favourite helps you return to a match you care about. A market favourite helps you narrow a Match page to the market types you want to see more quickly.

Gembet includes Favourites among the tools covered in its Sportsbook Handbook. The feature does not change the odds or settlement rules. It simply changes how quickly you can navigate back to saved sports content.

The distinction matters when using Sports Favourites. Event favourites save a whole match or event. Market favourites save a particular market category inside a Match page.

Once you know which shortcut you are creating, the feature becomes easier to use.

Gembet currently lets you favourite an event from Arena, Live or Prematch. Find the event card and select the heart icon beside it. The filled heart confirms that the event has been added to Sports Favourites.

This can be useful when several upcoming events are spread across different leagues or start times. Instead of searching the complete list again, you can return to the events you marked earlier.

Saving an event is not the same as adding a selection to the Bet Slip. It only stores the navigation shortcut.

Gembet’s current feature guidance says favourite events can be accessed through All Sports in the Direct Access Bar on Arena and then through Favorites. That gives Sports Favourites a dedicated route rather than requiring you to remember the original league or date.

When you reopen a saved event, review its current status. An event you saved while it was Prematch may later be Live, completed or no longer offering the same markets.

Sports Favourites can also be used inside an individual Match page. Open an event, find the market you want to keep visible and select the heart icon beside the market name. Once at least one market has been saved, Gembet says a Favourites tab appears at the top of that Match page.

The tab filters the page to the favourite markets you selected. On matches with many market groups, this lets you focus on favourite markets without removing the other options from the event.

One of the most important limits of Sports Favourites is that they are not an odds-locking feature. If you favourite a market while a selection is displayed at 2.00, the price can still move before you return or before a bet is accepted.

The shortcut remembers the event or market, not an old betting offer. Always review the current price in the event and Bet Slip when you are ready to place a wager.

Imagine NORTH CITY is playing COAST UNITED tomorrow evening. You save the event while browsing Prematch, then open the Match page and favourite the First Team to Score market. The next day, you use Sports Favourites to find the match again and open your saved market view.

The saved shortcut helps you return. It does not decide whether the wager is suitable or whether the price is unchanged.

Because events can be saved from both Prematch and Live, Sports Favourites can support different browsing habits. You might save tomorrow’s football fixture before kick-off or mark a live tennis match you want to reopen while following other events.

The context can change quickly for a live event. Scores, match time and available odds can update while you are away from the page. When you return, treat the current event information as the relevant view rather than relying on what you saw earlier.

Gembet’s Sports settings guide lets you adjust options such as timezone, odds type and Auto Accept Mode. These settings are separate from Sports Favourites, but they can affect how saved events and prices appear when you return.

For example, changing the timezone can alter the displayed start time, while changing the odds format can make the same underlying price look different. Do not mistake a display-setting change for a change caused by your favourites.

A saved shortcut does not need to remain permanently. If you no longer want an event or market in Sports Favourites, select the heart icon again to remove it. The underlying event or market is not deleted from Gembet. You are only removing your personal shortcut.

Clearing old favourites can keep the list useful. Completed events no longer need the same attention as matches you still intend to monitor.

Sports Favourites are based on what you choose to save. The presence of an event in your favourites does not mean Gembet recommends the selection, predicts the result or identifies it as a stronger betting opportunity.

The same applies to a favourite market. Saving a totals market, First Team to Score or another option makes it easier to find. It does not improve the probability of any selection inside that market.

Convenient navigation can make it easier to revisit several events, but Sports Favourites do not require you to wager on everything you save. You can use the feature as a watchlist and decide later that no bet is appropriate.

This distinction is useful if you track several fixtures before line-ups or other information becomes available. Saving five events should not be interpreted as a need to place five wagers.

When you return through Sports Favourites, confirm that you are looking at the correct event, league and start time. Similar team names, repeated fixtures or different competition stages can make hurried navigation confusing.

Then review the current market wording. If the event has moved from Prematch to Live, some markets may have changed, closed or been replaced with live alternatives. A favourite shortcut cannot guarantee that every earlier option remains available.

Some Match pages contain many market groups. Sports Favourites can make those pages easier to scan by placing your selected market types behind the Favourites tab once at least one has been saved.

This does not mean you should automatically bet the same market on every event. A market can be familiar while the underlying teams, players, competition and price are different. Use the shortcut for navigation, then evaluate each event on its own conditions.

Sports Favourites and the Bet Slip serve different purposes. A favourite is a saved navigation item. A Bet Slip contains selections you are preparing to stake on.

If you tap an odds button while reviewing a saved event, that selection can be added to the Bet Slip. At that point, review the wager normally. Do not assume that because the event was already in your favourites, the Bet Slip details are automatically correct.

Sports Favourites work best as a simple organisation layer. Save an event to return to the whole match, and save favourite markets to filter that Match page faster. Remove shortcuts that are no longer useful so the list remains focused.

Each time you return, check the event status, market wording, current odds and displayed start time again. Sports Favourites can reduce repeated searching, but they do not freeze market conditions or provide a betting advantage.

The most useful way to treat Sports Favourites is as a personalised sports watchlist. They help you find selected events and markets faster while leaving the actual decision to place, skip or review a wager completely separate.
