Sports Bet Sharing Secure Guide for Easier Bet Codes

Gembet’s current Sharing a Bet guide says you can generate a code for active selections or for a settled bet. You can also share a screenshot of the bet. A recipient who receives the code can view the selections and use the code to place the same bet themselves.

Sports Bet Sharing therefore copies the structure of the selection rather than moving your existing wager to another account. Your own accepted bet remains your bet, with its own stake, odds and settlement.

Sports Bet Sharing can happen before you place the wager. Open the Bet Slip, choose the share icon beside the placement area and Gembet takes you to a screen where a Booking Code can be copied.

The code represents the active selections currently prepared in the Bet Slip. It does not mean those selections have already been accepted as a sports wager.

Before sharing, check the events and markets carefully. If the Bet Slip contains an accidental selection, sharing the code can reproduce the same mistake for the recipient.

Sports Bet Sharing also works after a wager has settled. Gembet says you can open My Bets, find the individual bet and use the share icon on that bet card to generate a code.

This lets someone view what was actually placed rather than a draft Bet Slip. A past result still does not show what will happen in a future event.

A winning shared bet is still historical information. Sports results remain uncertain and previous outcomes do not predict the next match.

The Booking Code is the practical centre of Sports Bet Sharing. It lets another person load the shared selections so they can see the bet structure and, if they choose, place a corresponding wager themselves.

The Sports Bet Sharing code is a shortcut to the selections, not access to your account. It does not give the recipient your password, wallet, personal profile or payment method. You should still avoid posting anything publicly that contains other account information alongside the code.

Sports Bet Sharing does not freeze market prices. Sports odds can move between the time you generate a code and the time another person uses it. A recipient should review the current odds and potential payout before confirming their own wager.

For example, suppose a shared single selection was available at 2.10 when the code was created. If the market later moves to 1.95, the recipient should not assume the earlier 2.10 price is guaranteed. The current offer at placement is what matters for their wager.

A common misunderstanding is that Sports Bet Sharing sends part of your wager to the recipient. It does not. If you stake SGD 20 and share the code, the other person does not receive part of that SGD 20.

If they place the same selection, they enter their own stake. Their payout is based on their accepted odds and stake, while your wager continues independently.

This also means one person can decide not to use the code at all. Sports Bet Sharing is not the same as placing a bet on someone else’s behalf.

Imagine you prepare a fictional NORTH CITY selection at decimal odds of 2.00 and generate a Booking Code. You send it to a friend. They open the code later and see the same market, but the current price is now 1.90.

If they stake SGD 10 at 1.90, their potential payout would be:

SGD 10 × 1.90 = SGD 19 potential payout

Your original Sports Bet Sharing code helped them locate the selection, but it did not guarantee the earlier price or decide their stake.

Sports Bet Sharing can also be useful when the Bet Slip contains several active selections. In that case, the recipient needs to review every event and market rather than looking only at the total combined price.

A combo can fail when one required selection loses, even if the others win. If a code contains several events, read the complete structure before placing anything. A larger combined payout does not mean the overall wager is more likely to succeed.

The same principle applies to any supported bet type. The sharing feature communicates the selection structure, not a guarantee about settlement.

Gembet’s sharing screen can also provide access to a Referral Code. That is separate from Sports Bet Sharing. A Booking Code relates to the sports selections being shared, while a Referral Code belongs to a different platform function.

Check which code you are copying. For Sports Bet Sharing, use the Booking Code associated with the sharing flow.

If you plan to share an older settled wager, confirm the details first. Gembet’s Transactions and Statistics guide explains that Transaction History records bets as well as deposits and withdrawals and can be filtered by date.

That can help identify the correct wager when several similar bets were placed.

Sports Bet Sharing does not prove that a selection is good, profitable or likely to win. Anyone can share a losing bet, a winning bet or a wager that has not settled yet. The existence of a code is not evidence of betting skill.

Be especially careful with screenshots posted publicly. A screenshot can show a past result without showing the person’s full betting history. One winning image does not establish long-term profitability, and it should not be used as a reason to increase your stake.

When a recipient loads Sports Bet Sharing information before placing their own wager, the event may have moved closer to start time or entered live play. Markets can change, close or become unavailable.

If the event status or market wording differs from what you expected, review the current page instead of trying to recreate the old Bet Slip exactly. The correct action may simply be not to place the wager.

Convenience should never replace checking the current event conditions.

Gembet allows screenshots as another way to share a bet, but screenshots require more care than a simple Booking Code. Crop out unrelated account details, balances, payment information and personal data before sending an image to someone else.

Sports Bet Sharing should communicate the wager, not expose private account information. If the screenshot contains details that are not necessary for understanding the selection, leave them out.

Even when two people use the same Sports Bet Sharing code, their wagers can differ because of timing, accepted odds or stake. One person may place SGD 10 while another places SGD 25. One may use the code immediately while the other waits until the market price changes.

Each accepted wager should therefore be checked independently in My Bets. Sports Bet Sharing does not merge the accounts or create one joint settlement.

Sports Bet Sharing is most useful as a way to communicate sports selections without manually typing every event, market and pick. It can save time when discussing a Bet Slip or showing an individual settled wager.

Before using a shared code, still check the event, selection, current odds, stake and potential payout. If several selections are included, review every leg. If the bet has already settled, remember that the past result does not predict a future one.

Most importantly, treat Sports Bet Sharing as a shortcut to information rather than a recommendation system. The code can reproduce a selection, but the recipient remains responsible for deciding whether the wager makes sense, how much to stake and whether the current market conditions are still acceptable.
